COMPLIANCE OFFICER @ ENG EDUCATION
Eng Education is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Lagos team. You will play a vital role in ensuring student success by maintaining the highest standards of regulatory integrity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full oversight of the CAS Shield platform and ensuring that all student applications strictly adhere to the latest UK Home Office regulations.
In this role, you will provide expert advice and support to students through the most critical stages of their application, including preparing them for Pre-CAS interviews through rigorous mock sessions and feedback. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of visa documentation, specifically validating proof of funds, and coaching students to excel in their UKVI credibility interviews. This position is based at our Lagos branch in Nigeria.

Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of UK student visa compliance and regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail in document auditing.
Proven experience in managing and monitoring the CAS Shield platform.
Ability to conduct rigorous Pre-CAS training and mock interview sessions.
Expertise in validating proof of funds and visa documentation.
Capability to guide and coach students for UKVI credibility interviews.
Strict adherence to current UK Home Office application standards.
Strong interpersonal skills to provide expert student support.
