Emirates Group is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Human Resources to join their team in Dubai, UAE. In this executive leadership role, you will be responsible for spearheading the overall HR strategy, driving organizational excellence, and ensuring that the global workforce is aligned with the group's expansive business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the corporate culture and overseeing large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the HR department to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, including high-level talent acquisition, succession planning, and robust employee retention strategies. With a focus on leading a complex, multinational workforce, you will implement initiatives that foster deep engagement and professional growth across all levels of the organization. This role offers a competitive compensation package with a monthly salary ranging from AED 55,000 to AED 80,000, supplemented by an annual bonus, housing benefits, and exclusive staff travel privileges characteristic of the Emirates Group.

Key Requirements
12+ years of extensive experience in HR leadership roles.
Proven experience working within large, complex, and global organizations.
Demonstrated strength in leadership and executive stakeholder management.
Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with long-term business goals.
Expertise in talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning at an executive level.
Proven track record of driving HR digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and international HR best practices.
Strong experience in organizational development and culture change management.
Strategic mindset with the ability to manage workforce transformation in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in the aviation or travel industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
