As a lead, you will define the technical roadmap for cloud adoption, manage high-performance engineering teams, and ensure the reliability of systems that power global travel operations. The salary for this prestigious role is within the range of $110,000 to $350,000+ USD per year, which is tax-free in the UAE. Key Requirements
Extensive experience leading DevOps or SRE teams in a large enterprise environment.
Strategic expertise in cloud architecture on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.
Proven track record of implementing organization-wide CI/CD and automation standards.
Strong background in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
Advanced programming skills for building internal platforms and automation tools.
Expertise in site reliability engineering and managing 24/7 production systems.
Experience with financial management of cloud resources (FinOps).
Excellent leadership, project management, and team-building skills.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction.
