MARKETING MANAGER @ EMIRATE ALUMINIUM & GLASS CO. LIMITED
Emirate Aluminium & Glass Co. Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, business development, and commercial marketing across their aluminum, glass, and real estate verticals. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives, driving business growth through close collaboration with the sales team, and managing the company's reputation and corporate communications. The role involves overseeing a wide array of marketing functions, including digital strategy (SEO, PPC, social media), CRM management, and web strategy. The Marketing Manager will also manage PR and media agencies, administer the marketing budget, and track ROI and market share metrics. Furthermore, the role requires representing the company at various industry events and professional associations to build specifier programs targeting architects, designers, and consultants.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Advertising.
Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience.
Strong background in aluminum, glass, construction, or real estate industries.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools including SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Proven track record in data analytics and budget management.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Experience managing PR agencies and corporate communications.
Ability to build and maintain specifier programs targeting architects and consultants.
