Key Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar
Must be a UAE National
Deep understanding of construction costs and contractual procedures
Proficiency in industry-standard cost estimation software
Advanced mathematical and analytical skills
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly
Full-time commitment to office and site-based work
Strong negotiation and procurement skills
Professional ethics and integrity in financial reporting
