COORDINATOR – MONITORING, EVALUATION & QUALITY MANAGEMENT @ EMERGING GENERATION INITIATIVE
We are looking for a dedicated Coordinator for Monitoring, Evaluation & Quality Management. In this position, you will design and implement systems to track the success and impact of our various youth development initiatives across Tanzania.
The successful candidate will ensure that all programs meet high-quality standards and that data-driven insights are used to improve future projects. You will work closely with the leadership team to evaluate performance and drive organizational growth.

Key Requirements
Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or Development Studies
Proven experience in M&E within the NGO sector
Strong analytical and research skills
Experience in data collection tools and methodologies
Ability to draft clear and concise impact reports
Project management certification is a plus
Proficiency in statistical software packages
Attention to detail and quality control focus
Strong leadership and facilitation abilities
Passionate about youth and community development
