The role involves representing clients in courts and tribunals, drafting legal documents such as pleadings, submissions, and affidavits, and conducting thorough legal research. The associate will be responsible for managing litigation files from inception to conclusion, attending client meetings, and ensuring professional integrity in all dealings. This position requires a proactive individual who can adapt to new challenges and deliver high-quality legal services.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
Must be an Admitted Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.
Possession of a valid Practicing Certificate for Zanzibar is a significant advantage.
At least 1-3 years of active experience in litigation practice.
Strong proficiency in legal drafting, including pleadings, submissions, and affidavits.
Excellent legal research and case analysis capabilities.
Proven confidence in court appearances and handling client consultations.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple litigation files simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated professional integrity and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
