Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operational role
Proven experience in team leadership and management
Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
Ability to analyze business metrics and KPIs
Proficiency in project management software
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
