MEAT PROCESSING OFFICER @ ELUMI
We are seeking two motivated individuals for the role of Meat Processing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of meat products, which includes cutting, preparing, and packaging items according to our internal quality standards. You will operate specialized processing equipment, maintain high levels of hygiene, and ensure adherence to strict food safety protocols at our facility in Kijitonyama, Dar es Salaam. The officers will also manage inventory levels and assist the production team in meeting daily output targets. Candidates must be reliable, physically fit, and able to work within a team environment to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety standards while performing repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
Key Requirements
High school certificate or equivalent.
Formal training or practical experience in meat processing.
Proficiency in operating industrial meat processing equipment.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy products.
