Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
Master's degree in Human Resources Management is highly preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of professional HR experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Specific experience within the mining or heavy industry sector is mandatory.
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and advanced HR data analytics.
Comprehensive understanding of payroll management and statutory compliance.
Deep knowledge of mining sector safety regulations and labor practices.
Proven ability to manage shift work schedules and remote site operations.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
