RELIABILITY TECHNICIAN – MECHANICAL @ ELITE HIRE SERVICES
Elite Hire Services is seeking an experienced Reliability Technician specializing in Mechanical systems for a long-term commitment on a major Refinery & Petrochemical Project with Qatar Energy. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the mechanical integrity and optimal operational efficiency of rotating equipment through preventative and predictive maintenance strategies. This involves detailed condition monitoring and root cause analysis to minimize downtime, supporting crucial shutdown and maintenance activities. This position is key to enhancing career prospects within the rapidly evolving Qatar Energy sector.
Key Requirements
Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical experience mandatory.
Shutdown & Maintenance exposure preferred.
Relevant technical qualification / diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance (pumps, compressors, turbines).
Expertise in vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques.
Ability to perform precise alignment and balancing of machinery.
Experience with CMMS systems for work order management and reporting.
Knowledge of preventative maintenance program implementation.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical failures.
Commitment to reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
