HVAC TECHNICIANS @ ELITEGLOBAL
Elite Global is hiring skilled HVAC Technicians to join our technical services department in Dodoma. Your main duties will include installing, inspecting, and repairing various heating and cooling systems for both residential and commercial projects. We require individuals who are proficient in diagnosing technical issues and can perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures and ensure optimal performance for our clients. This role is based out of our Dodoma office on Tembo Avenue, near Mkombozi Bank. Candidates should be comfortable working in diverse environments and possess the technical knowledge required to handle modern HVAC equipment. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality technical solutions and maintaining the comfort of our clients' facilities in the Dodoma region.
Key Requirements
Technical certificate or diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration
Proven experience in installing and repairing HVAC systems
Knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry related to HVAC
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex cooling systems
Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards
Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces
Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
Strong customer service skills for site visits
A valid driving license is preferred for field work
