We are seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales professional to join Elite Group Holding in the UAE. The primary focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients through field visits and direct engagement across Abu Dhabi and Fujairah. You will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular market feedback to the leadership team.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in outdoor sales or field marketing
Strong negotiation and persuasive closing skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Valid UAE driving license is essential
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage)
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Professional appearance and positive work ethic
