PROCUREMENT OFFICER @ ELITE GLOBAL
Elite Global is looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to lead our purchasing activities and manage our supply chain operations in Dodoma. The primary focus of this role is to identify cost-effective sources for goods and services while ensuring that quality standards are met. Based at our Tembo Avenue office near Mkombozi Bank, you will be responsible for the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing suppliers to final delivery and inventory management. This is a critical role that ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
Professional certification from a recognized body such as PSPTB is required.
Demonstrated experience working in procurement or purchasing departments.
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms and pricing with suppliers.
Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management and vendor selection processes.
Ability to manage and evaluate supplier performance and contract compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with local market dynamics and pricing trends in Tanzania.
High degree of integrity and ethical conduct in all procurement transactions.
