Elite Engineering is expanding its footprint as a leading international EPC firm and is looking for a strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Kenya. The energy sector in East Africa is evolving rapidly, and we need a professional who can navigate the complexities of the local Oil & Gas industry to drive sustainable business growth and secure high-value contracts.
The role involves proactive networking with EPC contractors and key decision-makers to position Elite Engineering as a partner of choice. You will lead the sales support for critical project components such as piping and valve packages, ensuring our technical solutions meet the specific needs of regional projects. By representing the company in international markets, you will help bridge the gap between global expertise and local project execution.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
Strong local market knowledge of the Kenya region.
Demonstrated business development and client management skills.
Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience in selling technical products like valves and piping systems.
Ability to manage complex project sales cycles and high-level negotiations.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitor activity.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client engagement.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
