MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (CLINICS) @ ELITE CO
Elite Co is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Director of Operations (Clinics) to oversee and manage medical operations across various clinic branches within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves providing strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services and maintaining operational efficiency throughout the clinic network. The successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing medical protocols, managing clinical staff, and ensuring that all facilities adhere to the highest standards of patient care and safety. In addition to operational oversight, the Medical Director will work closely with the executive management team to align clinical operations with the broader organizational goals and healthcare regulations of the region. This position requires a candidate who can effectively navigate the complexities of managing multiple medical sites while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in medical service delivery. Key responsibilities include clinical resource management, performance monitoring, and the implementation of operational strategies to optimize patient outcomes and clinic productivity across Saudi Arabia.
Key Requirements
MBBS qualification from a recognized medical institution.
Proven experience as a Medical Director in large hospital groups or multi-site clinic networks.
Male candidate preferred as per recruitment requirements.
Extensive knowledge of clinical operational management and healthcare delivery systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of medical professionals.
In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabian healthcare laws and medical standards.
Experience in developing and implementing clinical protocols and quality assurance programs.
Exceptional strategic planning and organizational decision-making abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
Demonstrated ability to manage resources and budgets effectively in a clinical setting.
