COMMIS CHEF @ ELIPHANT LODGE
We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Commis Chef to join the team at ELIPHANT LODGE, located in Sangaiwe, Babati. In this role, you will assist senior chefs in food preparation, station maintenance, and ensuring that all culinary procedures are followed to create high-quality dishes for our guests.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a hotel, lodge, or restaurant environment.
Good knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, kitchen safety, and FIFO protocols.
Strong teamwork, discipline, and enthusiasm for culinary work.
Ability to work effectively under the direction of senior staff.
Proficient in English with good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen procedures.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail in food prep.
Commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
