ElevateHer Sports & Entertainment is Africa's specialist women's sports marketing agency. We exist to close the gap between the talent that exists in women's sports and the commercial infrastructure it deserves. We handle marketing, sponsorships, content, partnerships and experiences — exclusively for women's sports properties in Kenya and across Africa. Now we need someone to help us keep that momentum going.
The role involves content planning, creation, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will create reels, short-form video, carousels and static posts, write captions, and manage community engagement. You will also be responsible for submitting monthly analytics reports and providing on-site support at tournaments, media days and activations while coordinating with the team on campaigns and brand partnerships.

A real love for women's sports — everything else builds on this
A strong content portfolio showing work you have created
Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok content
Video editing skills and an eye for what looks good
The ability to work remotely, independently and meet deadlines
Based in Nairobi preferred
Experience in content planning and publishing across social platforms
Proven ability to write engaging captions and manage community interaction
Knowledge of how to track and report on monthly social media analytics
Willingness to provide on-site support at tournaments and media events
