FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT – MINING INDUSTRY @ ELEVATE HIRE SOLUTIONS
Elevate Hire Solutions is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant for a prominent role within the mining industry in Tanzania. This position is ideal for a finance professional who has significant experience working within mining operations, industrial plants, or heavy manufacturing environments across Africa. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial health and ensuring operational efficiency at the site level, coordinating closely with onsite teams.
Key responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and rigorous cost control. The role requires a high level of coordination with mining site operations and expertise in handling ERP systems and statutory compliance. We are looking for individuals who can manage site-level finance coordination, ensure all reconciliations are handled accurately, and provide strategic financial insights to support heavy industry operations.

Key Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Prior experience in Mining, Cement, Metals, or Heavy Industry.
Candidates with Africa exposure will be highly preferred.
Comfortable working closely with mining site operations.
Experience handling plant/site accounting preferred.
CA Inter / ICWA Inter qualification is preferred.
Proficiency in Financial Reporting and MIS.
Expertise in Budgeting, Cost Control, and Reconciliations.
In-depth knowledge of Taxation and Statutory Compliance.
Strong experience with ERP and Accounting Systems Handling.
