FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT @ ELEVATE HIRE SOLUTIONS
Elevate Hire Solutions is seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to join a dynamic team within the mining industry in Tanzania. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between financial data and physical operations, ensuring that all ground-level activities, costs, and stock movements are accurately reflected in the financial records. The candidate must be comfortable working closely with mining operations to understand operational controls and cost tracking.

Key duties include managing taxation, audit processes, and inventory tracking through advanced ERP systems. Key Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Previous experience in Mining, Manufacturing, or Heavy Industry environments is preferred.
Candidate must be comfortable spending significant time at mine sites and field operations.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting.
Hands-on experience with MIS and detailed cost analysis.
Proven expertise in taxation and coordinating with audit teams.
Mandatory proficiency in ERP or advanced accounting software packages.
CA Inter qualification is preferred, though not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to monitor inventory and operational cost movements effectively.
Experience working with plant teams to align financial data with physical operations.
