ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN (IFC & SHOP DRAWINGS) @ ELEMENT4ME
Element4me is expanding its professional team and seeking a highly skilled Architectural Draftsman specializing in IFC and shop drawings for building construction. This role is focused on residential and commercial projects ranging from G+4 to G+10 levels. The ideal candidate will be a professional with substantial UAE experience, capable of independently handling complex construction drawings while maintaining high standards of accuracy and detail for site execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive architectural documentation, including masonry layouts, waterproofing details, and complex interface designs for slabs and beams. You will coordinate closely with structural and MEP teams to ensure all drawings are execution-ready and meet consultant compliance requirements. This position requires a proactive individual who can revise drawings based on site feedback and ensure all project deadlines are met efficiently within the Dubai construction landscape.

Key Requirements
4–8 years UAE experience in building construction
Strong AutoCAD expertise (mandatory)
Proven experience in IFC and shop drawings for building projects
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Detailed knowledge of masonry and blockwork layouts
Proficiency in screeding and floor level coordination drawings
Extensive understanding of waterproofing for toilets, balconies, and roofs
Expertise in lintel, slab, beam interface, and opening details
In-depth knowledge of staircase, ceiling, and finishing works documentation
Basic knowledge of Structural drawings and ability to coordinate minor MEP services
