The role focuses on overseeing fleet movements, tracking border crossings, and ensuring the seamless delivery of cargo. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between internal teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure all operational targets are met with precision.
Candidates will be expected to manage complex documentation flows, including PODs and load confirmations, while maintaining accurate logs of all transit milestones. The role requires a candidate capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and real-time coordination are key to maintaining operational excellence and supply chain continuity.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Proven experience in transport operations or cross-border logistics.
Strong knowledge of transport management workflows.
High proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with operational software systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Knowledge of border crossing procedures and documentation.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
