SALES MANAGER @ EIGHT CONTINENTS
As part of our continued growth, Eight Continents is looking for a driven Sales Manager based in Dar es Salaam to represent our Signature Collection. This key commercial role focuses on strengthening our market presence in Tanzania and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and local market engagement. You will be the face of our brand in the city, connecting with corporate clients and travel agencies to promote our unique island properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the upscale hospitality environment and a proven track record of meeting sales objectives. You will work closely with the leadership team to innovate sales strategies and ensure that our brand remains a leader in the competitive Tanzanian hospitality market.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the upscale hospitality sector.
Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.
Extensive knowledge of the local Tanzanian market and Dar es Salaam commercial landscape.
Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting corporate relationships.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills for high-level meetings.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle diverse accounts.
Commitment to a guest-centric and service-oriented sales approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance reporting tools.
Willingness to travel to Mafia Island and other properties as required for business needs.
