Signature Collection by Eight Continents is seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to join our team on the pristine shores of Mafia Island. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing all front desk operations, and ensuring the smooth arrival and departure processes for our guests. You will lead a team of hospitality professionals to maintain high standards of service excellence in a remote and luxurious island setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and optimizing room occupancy. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in upscale hospitality who can adapt to the unique challenges of island operations while maintaining the brand's commitment to quality and innovation.

Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in upscale hospitality environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee front desk operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for high-pressure environments.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
Guest-centric approach with a deep commitment to service excellence.
Proficiency in modern hotel management software and PMS systems.
Ability to handle guest complaints and emergency situations effectively.
Experience in managing room inventory and reservation systems accurately.
High level of professional integrity and personal grooming standards.
Fluency in English and preferably Swahili for effective local communication.
