Key Requirements
5-6 years of experience in Facilities Management specifically in soft services.
Proven expertise in general cleaning and specialized deep cleaning procedures.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the cleaning industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication.
Ability to manage multiple locations and diverse teams efficiently.
In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
