SALES REPRESENTATIVES (02 POSITIONS) @ EDSON NGAIZA
Edson Ngaiza is looking to hire 2 experienced and motivated Sales Representatives to join their dynamic sales team based in Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing regular customer visits, executing sales activities, driving revenue growth, and consistently achieving individual and team sales targets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring product availability on shelves and maintaining high standards for product display at various retail points.
Beyond field sales activities, the role involves diligent monitoring of stock levels and tracking customer payments to ensure financial accuracy. We are looking for individuals who can build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our customer base while proactively identifying new business opportunities in the Kinondoni area. Candidates must be reliable, target-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years’ FMCG sales experience.
Strong communication skills.
Proven negotiation and selling skills.
Target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work extensively in the field.
Must be a resident of Dar es Salaam, specifically Kinondoni.
Ability to manage stock inventory accurately.
Proficiency in basic sales reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills for client management.
