SALES REPRESENTATIVE (3 POSITIONS) @ EDSON NGAIZA
Edson Ngaiza is currently looking to recruit three highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and building strong relationships with clients in the Dar es Salaam region. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The work locations include Goba, Tegeta, Ubungo, Kinondoni, Madale, and Makongo Juu. We are looking for individuals who are familiar with these areas and are ready to take on the challenge of driving our market presence forward. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
Good language proficiency in English and Swahili
Must be a resident of Dar es Salaam
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Exceptional communication skills
Strong understanding of the local market landscape
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Professional attitude with a commitment to customer service
