QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN @ EDEN HEIGHTS REALTY
Eden Heights Realty is looking for a certified and experienced Electrician to join our growing team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various residential and commercial projects. You will work alongside a supportive crew, ensuring that all electrical installations are performed safely and efficiently according to blueprint specifications and industry standards. Beyond technical installation, the role involves diagnosing complex electrical faults and implementing effective solutions. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of quality and safety throughout all project phases. This is a hands-on position that requires a dedicated professional who is ready to contribute to diverse projects while growing their career in the real estate and construction industry.
Key Requirements
Valid electrical license or certification in Kenya (EPRA or equivalent).
At least 3 years of hands-on field experience in electrical work.
Strong knowledge of wiring, circuits, and electrical safety regulations.
Ability to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in diagnosing electrical faults and reading complex blueprints.
Commitment to ensuring all work meets local and international safety codes.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as a team player.
Physical stamina to handle hands-on tasks and diverse site conditions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crew members and clients.
Problem-solving skills to address unexpected technical challenges on site.
