We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring seamless integration between design, production, and on-site execution. This is a full-time role suited for individuals with significant experience in the GCC manufacturing sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and initiation to final completion and handover. Key duties include coordinating with site teams and suppliers, managing project budgets, and maintaining strict quality control over every deliverable. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular site inspections and ensuring all work complies with UAE safety and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3–5 years of GCC/UAE experience strictly as a Project Manager.
Mandatory experience in aluminum, glass, wood works, or pergola manufacturing companies.
Strong knowledge of site execution and industrial fabrication processes.
Proven ability in comprehensive project planning and timeline execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred for site visits.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Urdu or Hindi is considered a plus.
Deep understanding of UAE safety and regulatory requirements for construction.
Expertise in preparing regular project status and progress reports.
Strong negotiation skills for managing subcontractors and suppliers.
