RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, SME - CONSUMER & COMMERCIAL BANKING @ ECOBANK TANZANIA
Ecobank Tanzania is inviting applications for the position of Relationship Manager, SME, within our Consumer & Commercial Banking division. The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for driving deposit growth, managing loan disbursements, and cross-selling various banking products to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Key Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Proven track record in SME relationship management or business development
Strong networking skills and the ability to build professional rapport
Deep understanding of SME financial needs and available banking products
Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals
Ability to manage a diverse and growing client portfolio effectively
Strong knowledge of the Tanzanian economic landscape and SME sector
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership capabilities
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
