Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis software.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior management.
Deep understanding of banking regulations and financial reporting standards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
