Key Requirements
Degree in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 3-5 years of experience in retail banking or service center management.
Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage high-volume daily operations efficiently.
Knowledge of electronic banking products and services.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience in team supervision and staff development.
Familiarity with AML/KYC guidelines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Fluency in English and Swahili is preferred.
