Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations or management.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of local banking regulations and compliance.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Experience in credit analysis and risk management.
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
