ALUMINUM FAÇADE SITE ENGINEER @ ECO SMART LINE
ECO Smart Line is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Aluminum Façade Site Engineer to lead and manage on-site installation works for high-quality aluminum, glass, and shading systems. As a key member of our team in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing technical installations, interpreting approved drawings, and ensuring that all site activities align with Bill of Quantities (BOQs). This role requires a hands-on professional who can effectively coordinate between design, procurement, and subcontractors to bring engineering excellence to life in modern architecture.
In addition to technical management, the successful candidate will prioritize safety and regulatory compliance by enforcing HSE standards and UAE labor laws. You will be tasked with preparing detailed site progress reports and ensuring that all inspections run smoothly according to local authority standards. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field of study.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the UAE focusing on façade, aluminum, or glass projects.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for interpreting and executing work based on approved drawings.
Strong knowledge of MS Office for project documentation and progress reporting.
In-depth understanding of UAE local authority standards including DM, Trakhees, and EHS.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license is highly preferred for site visits.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with design and procurement departments.
Demonstrated experience in managing on-site subcontractors and installation teams.
Strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on construction sites.
Capability to prepare and present comprehensive site progress reports and inspection documents.
