UPVC WINDOW PROFILE MACHINE OPERATOR @ ECO PLASTICS LTD
ECO PLASTICS LTD, located in Dar es Salaam, is a leading plastic manufacturing company specializing in extrusion and injection molding technologies. They are currently seeking a dedicated uPVC Window Profile Machine Operator to join their production team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality plastic and PVC products, including pipes and window profiles used in industrial and construction applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring uPVC extrusion machines. Key tasks include changing extrusion dies and moulds, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and performing routine maintenance to meet production targets. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to safety standards and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and overtime when necessary.

Key Requirements
Minimum secondary school certificate.
Technical certificate in plastics or mechanical field is an advantage.
Experience operating plastic extrusion or uPVC profile machines preferred.
Strong understanding of extrusion processes and machine setup.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Mechanical aptitude and advanced problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills.
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends if required.
Ability to maintain safety standards and workplace cleanliness.
Capability to record daily production data and machine settings accurately.
