BIDS & TENDER COORDINATOR @ EBENCO GLOBAL LINK LIMITED
Ebenco Global Link Limited is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially aware professional to join our team as a Bids & Tender Coordinator in the Oil & Gas industry. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in tender management, proposal coordination, and business support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to the final submission of high-quality technical and commercial documents. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal departments to gather necessary documentation and technical inputs while ensuring strict compliance with client requirements and company standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining bid databases, tracking tender records, and supporting pricing coordination. We are looking for a professional who can work independently and collaboratively under pressure, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in bids, tenders, proposals, or contract administration.
Prior experience within the Oil & Gas industry or a closely related sector is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of standard tendering procedures and the preparation of bid documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and document management systems.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple strict deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management and proposal drafting.
High level of attention to detail to ensure technical and commercial accuracy in submissions.
Strong organizational and coordination skills to liaise across various internal departments.
Analytical thinking and commercial awareness to assist in developing winning bid strategies.
