Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the media industry.
Strong specialization in News and Current Affairs reporting.
Must possess Ithibati or be fully qualified to obtain Ithibati.
Proficiency in multimedia storytelling and cross-platform content creation.
Ability to work efficiently within a high-pressure television newsroom.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Advanced interviewing techniques and the ability to cultivate news sources.
Technical proficiency with digital video editing software and professional cameras.
