East Line Logistics Trading Limited is currently seeking two highly organized and motivated Transport Officers to join our growing logistics team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing transportation operations, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods across our service network. You will be expected to maintain high operational standards while managing fleet movements and communications with field teams.
As a Transport Officer, you will play a critical role in optimizing our logistics workflow and ensuring all transit operations are conducted safely and efficiently. This position requires a proactive professional capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. The position offers a gross monthly salary of TZS 850,000.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Transport Management or any related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Transit Operations
Strong communication skills
Excellent coordination and organizational skills
Proven ability to work under pressure
Ability to meet strict operational deadlines
Proficiency in logistics planning software
Strong problem-solving capabilities in high-stakes environments
Knowledge of local transit regulations and road safety standards
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and operational records
