Key Requirements
Have at least two (2) years of experience working in a microfinance institution or other financial service provider.
Be hardworking, self-motivated, and capable of achieving assigned targets.
Possess strong customer relationship and communication skills.
Have the ability to provide financial literacy and financial education to clients.
Minimum qualification: Diploma from a recognized institution.
Proven ability to prepare daily client and operational reports.
Skill in guiding clients through loan agreements and office documentation.
Experience in accurate collection and recording of daily loan repayments.
Strong follow-up skills regarding client repayment obligations.
Candidates with prior experience specifically in the microfinance sector will be given preference.
