HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN @ EAST AFRICAN CRUDE OIL PIPELINE (EACOP)
The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project is offering a Human Resources Internship based in Tanga, Tanzania. This internship provides an invaluable opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain practical, hands-on experience within a large-scale international energy project. Interns will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and HR administration. Key Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in a career in Human Resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
