FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER @ EAST AFRICAN BUSINESS COUNCIL (EABC)
The East African Business Council (EABC) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join its dynamic team. As the leading voice of the private sector in East Africa, EABC plays a crucial role in shaping a competitive and integrated regional economy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial health and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and international standards. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting processes, and administrative functions to support the strategic objectives of the EABC. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive efficiency and transparency across all departments. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Professional certification such as CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in finance and administration.
Demonstrated experience in managing donor-funded projects and financial reporting.
Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong understanding of East African Community (EAC) integration and business environment.
Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team of professionals.
High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling financial matters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Experience in procurement processes and human resource management.
