FINANCE & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER @ EARTH LUNGS
Earth Lungs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This pivotal role requires a professional with a robust background in both financial management and supply chain operations, ideally within the NGO, forestry, or agriculture sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the financial health of the organization, managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with Tanzanian statutory and tax regulations, and contributing to strategic planning. This position is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Key responsibilities for this position include developing and implementing financial strategies, preparing accurate budgets and financial reports, and managing the entire supply chain from procurement to logistics. The role demands strong leadership and analytical capabilities, as well as a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a mandatory CPA qualification and PSPTB registration. Professional certifications like ACCA and CIPS are highly preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in finance and supply chain management.
Experience in the NGO, forestry, or agriculture sector is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of procurement, budgeting, logistics, and financial reporting.
Good understanding of Tanzanian statutory and tax compliance.
Proven leadership and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA qualification and PSPTB registration is a MUST.
Professional certification such as ACCA and CIPS is highly preferred.
Ability to manage complex financial models and supply chain operations effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
