BEEYOND TREES COORDINATOR @ EARTH LUNGS
Earth Lungs is seeking a dedicated and entrepreneurial professional to lead the implementation of the BEEyond Trees initiative in Tanzania. This role is central to establishing a sustainable beekeeping and honey value chain program that serves the dual purpose of ecosystem restoration and the improvement of community livelihoods. The coordinator will be responsible for building a conservation enterprise from its early stages, facilitating direct engagement with local communities, restoration teams, and various market partners to ensure long-term success. The candidate will navigate the intersection of environmental stewardship and economic development by managing complex project logistics and training community members. This position is based in Dar es Salaam and offers a unique opportunity to lead environmental impact projects that deliver social benefits. By strengthening stewardship across Tanzania, the coordinator ensures that the initiative remains viable and impactful for years to come.
