EARS Kenya is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Field Sales Executive to lead the charge in radio advertising sales. In this role, you will act as a natural closer who thrives on the thrill of the pitch and winning new business. Your primary responsibility will be to hunt and onboard new clients across the commercial, NGO, and government sectors, helping various brands reach millions of listeners through impactful radio campaigns. By selling innovative packages, you will play a key role in making local voices powerful on both national and regional stations. The position requires a salesperson by DNA—someone who is fearless, persistent, and energetic. You will be expected to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a steady stream of contracts. The role involves frequent travel and a high-energy hustle to meet leads and progress through the sales funnel. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
Previous experience in media or advertising is highly preferred.
Excellent communicator and confident negotiator.
