Dynamic BIM Engineers is hiring a Workshop Manager to lead our maintenance and repair facility in Nigeria. The Workshop Manager is responsible for the upkeep and reliability of a large fleet of heavy equipment and plant machinery used in major construction projects. This role involves scheduling preventive maintenance, overseeing complex repairs, and managing a team of mechanics, electricians, and technicians. You will ensure that the workshop operates efficiently and that all equipment is returned to service as quickly and safely as possible.

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in managing a heavy equipment workshop.
Degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy machinery.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in inventory control and spare parts procurement.
Commitment to enforcing strict workplace safety and environmental standards.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage maintenance schedules and repair budgets.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with project managers and suppliers.
Ability to train and mentor junior mechanics and technicians.
