PLANT SUPERVISOR — BATCHING PLANT @ DYNAMIC BIM ENGINEERS
We are seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor for our Batching Plant operations in Nigeria. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily production of concrete, ensuring that all mixes meet the specific technical requirements for our construction projects. This role involves supervising plant operators, drivers, and loaders to ensure a seamless and efficient production cycle. You will be responsible for monitoring material levels, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control and safety throughout the batching process.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in concrete production and batching plant technology. You will be expected to optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency while ensuring that all environmental regulations are strictly followed. As a supervisor, you will also handle personnel management, training, and performance evaluations. Your role is essential to ensuring that our construction sites receive high-quality concrete on time, contributing to the overall success of our infrastructure development projects in the region.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in batching plant supervision.
Technical certification or diploma in civil engineering or concrete technology.
Strong understanding of concrete mix designs and quality control procedures.
Proven experience in supervising industrial plant operations and personnel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills for effective team coordination.
Deep knowledge of safety regulations within a plant environment.
Experience in managing material inventory and logistics.
Ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting on batching equipment.
