HYDRAULIC MECHANIC @ DYNAMIC BIM ENGINEERS
Dynamic BIM Engineers is looking for a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic to join our Equipment and Plant Division in Nigeria. The Hydraulic Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostic testing, and repair of hydraulic systems on a wide range of heavy construction equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and graders. You will perform routine inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure and execute complex repairs on hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring our machinery remains operational and efficient on job sites.
The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of hydraulic principles and the ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals. You will work closely with the workshop management and other mechanical teams to prioritize repairs and minimize equipment downtime. This role requires a hands-on professional who is dedicated to quality workmanship and safety. By maintaining the integrity of our hydraulic systems, you will directly support the progress of our large-scale road and plant projects throughout Nigeria.

Key Requirements
5+ years of specialized experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic.
Technical certification in hydraulics or mechanical engineering.
In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems in heavy construction machinery.
Ability to read and interpret complex hydraulic and mechanical blueprints.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and specialized repair equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to following strict safety protocols in a workshop and field environment.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in demanding conditions.
Experience in preventive maintenance and system overhauls.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
