CRUSHER MANAGER @ DYNAMIC BIM ENGINEERS
We are looking for a dedicated Crusher Manager to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the crusher plant, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The Crusher Manager oversees the extraction and processing of materials, ensuring that all output meets the specific requirements of our construction projects. You will be tasked with monitoring plant performance, managing a team of operators and laborers, and implementing strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and equipment failure.
As a key member of the Equipment and Plant Division, the Crusher Manager must have a strong background in heavy equipment and aggregate production. You will work closely with other department heads to ensure a steady supply of materials for our road and infrastructure projects. Candidates must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding industrial environment. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the reliability and productivity of our crushing operations across Nigeria.

Key Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in crusher plant management or a similar role.
Relevant technical certification or engineering degree.
Proven experience in heavy equipment and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Exceptional technical knowledge of crusher plant machinery and processes.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large operational teams.
Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards on site.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience in production scheduling and material quality control.
Ability to manage equipment maintenance and minimize downtime.
Proficiency in resource management and budget oversight.
