HSE OFFICER @ DXB BUILD
DXB Build is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our professional construction team in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in managing and implementing health, safety, and environmental protocols specifically tailored for high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities adhere to the highest safety standards and comply with the specific legal requirements of the UAE construction industry. You will act as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters, working closely with project managers and site engineers to foster a culture of safety excellence.
The ideal candidate must possess a NEBOSH IGC qualification and demonstrate at least 3 years of verifiable experience in the high-rise construction sector. Key responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, facilitating safety training for the workforce, and performing detailed risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards. We are looking for a proactive professional who can lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions effectively. Key Requirements
Must possess a NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate).
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in High-Rise building projects.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Health, Safety, and Environmental laws and regulations.
Proven ability to conduct comprehensive on-site risk assessments and hazard analysis.
Experience in delivering safety induction and specialized safety training sessions to laborers and staff.
Proficiency in investigating site accidents and drafting detailed incident reports.
Ability to develop and implement site-specific HSE plans and emergency response procedures.
Strong communication skills in English for effective reporting and team coordination.
Commitment to maintaining a zero-harm working environment and promoting safety culture.
Physical fitness and ability to work on active high-rise construction sites.
