INCLUSION TEACHER @ DUBAI GEM PRIVATE SCHOOL
Dubai Gem Private School is looking for a passionate and committed Inclusion Teacher to join our team in Dubai. As a well-established school offering the UK National Curriculum from Nursery to IGCSE and A Levels, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, supportive environment where every student is valued and encouraged to succeed. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key role in supporting students with additional learning needs and promoting inclusive education across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure that every learner has the support they need to thrive. You will be responsible for implementing inclusive practices, managing student progress, and contributing to the wider school community through staff development and collaborative planning. This position is set to start in August 2026.
Key Requirements
Strong background in Education and Teaching
Expertise in Special Education
Experience in inclusive classroom practices
Ability to support student engagement
Contribute to staff development
Experience teaching within the UK curriculum
UAE teaching experience preferred
Relevant university degree in Education or Special Needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
